Orders will be processed within 5 days and an invoice and in-stock notification will be sent to you via e-mail or Whatsapp for confirmation. Goods will not be dispatched until your payment reflects in our account.
Sizing and Colour Variations
Items are all handmade and as a result, colour and sizing differences may occur. Web colours may slightly differ from actual items.

Our delivery charges are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The delivery charge for each order will be added to the invoice for that order.
Free shipping On orders over R1500
Delivery
Goods will be delivered to you as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 30 (thirty) days after receipt of your payment (“Delivery Period”). We will notify you if we are unable to deliver the Goods during the Delivery Period. You may then, within 7 (seven) days of receiving such notification, elect whether or not to cancel your order for the Goods and receive a full refund or credit.
Our obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when we deliver the product to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of the order.
Returns
- You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you have received it.
- No sales or promotional items may be refunded or returned.
- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be paid within 7 working days of the notification.
Exhanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@harriets.co.za.
To return or exchange an item, please follow these instructions:

- Use your order number in the subject line.
- State why you are returning or exchanging the item.
- Attach your original invoice/purchase order.
- Specify the collection address for the courier to collect the item from you.
Our courier service will collect the item from you, and you will be charged for all costs involved in delivering the new item.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
